THE JOB: As a Regional Manager, you will directly manage 2 Business Development Managers supporting a significant area with over 40 stores and acting as the link between franchisees and Head Office to ensure all they are operating their businesses in theappropriate manner. The main duties include supporting the continued growth and business development of both franchisee and the franchise network, managing the two BDMs and assisting in the day-to-day business development and management of the franchisee.Including monitoring KPIs and reports and ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports and information to the wider business. Key features of the role include; managing, supporting, motivating and coaching the Franchisees within your area.

AREA: This is a field based role managing c40 franchise branches in the North, North West and North East of England.

PERSON: We are looking for a consummate professional manager who has a successful track record of managing multiple outlets and with strong sales and business development skills together with good analytical and marketing skills. You would ideally have abackground in Kitchens or other relatable home improvement product sold to the domestic market.
