**About The Role**

The Senior Social Executive will work across platforms to drive social media growth and engagement with a focus on THG Beauty's LOOKFANTASTIC brand. This person will sit within the Content and Campaigns function of the social media team and will help drive the wider social media strategy and ensure there is consistently premium social output. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you'll be proactive in raising social-first ideas and keeping up with social trends. We are seeking someone who is a team player, with attention to detail and a passion for about all things social & beauty. You will have a solid understanding of branding and marketing KPIs and a desire to drive the LOOKFANTASTIC social team to success.

Responsibilities include:

- Minimum of 3 years in social media, with experience managing community sizes of min. 250k
- A genuine interest in Social Media and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of brand and marketing
- A team player with the ability to support junior staff
- Experience managing customer relations, community management and understanding of how social channels impact corporate reputation
- Experience with growing a variety of platforms - including YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Instagram
- Basic knowledge in social media content creation - using CapCut, Canva and other Social editing tools is a plus
- Role is primarily leading LOOKFANTASTIC but may also require support on other Core Beauty brands such as GlossyBox

**Desirable**
- Experience using Emplifi, Pulsar and Stylus
- Experiencing using Facebook Business Manager
- Prior experience in Beauty or similar industry is a plus

**KPIs**
- Organic social metrics - engagement, follower growth, video views and reach
- Brand uplift (eg. organic uplift or sales driven through social channels and podcast)
- Positive sentiment and improving SOV
- Traffic to site and revenue
