**Why be a Senior Graphic Designer at THG Beauty?**

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of high-impact creative solutions across integrated campaigns, with a focus on photography, video, and motion content. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring an experienced professional who can lead by example while pushing the boundaries of creative excellence.

As **_a Senior Graphic Designer_**, you'll:
**Creative Leadership & Strategy**
- Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
- Develop creative strategies that align with LOOKFANTASTIC's business objectives and brand vision.
- Define and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

**Advanced Content Creation**
- Oversee the production of high-quality assets, including photography, video, and motion graphics, for CRM, social, paid media, and website campaigns.
- Develop scalable design systems, toolkits, and templates to streamline content creation while maintaining brand quality.
- Create engaging narrative video storyboards and scripts to enhance brand storytelling.

**Team Collaboration & Mentorship**
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Marketing, and Brand, to deliver assets that meet briefs and deadlines.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and alignment with brand standards.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and production teams.

**Industry Expertise**
- Stay ahead of design trends, especially within beauty, fashion, and e-commerce, and proactively bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Drive innovation in organic and paid social, leveraging insights to create content that resonates with target audiences.

**What Skills and Experience do I need?**
- 5+ years in a senior design role, with proven experience in e-commerce, beauty, or fashion.
- Expertise in photography and video content production, from ideation to execution.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design, motion graphics, and art direction across digital and traditional media.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels and the ability to align creative with strategic objectives.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Highly organized and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about beauty and staying ahead of industry trends.
