**Why be a Senior Designer at THG Beauty?**

Balancing creative design leadership with hands-on execution, you'll work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to transform briefs into inspirational, customer-first designs that are both visually compelling and commercially effective. This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the visual standards for our CRM channels while supporting the wider creative team with innovative ideas and strategic thinking.

As **_a Senior Designer_**, you'll:
**Design Leadership & Creative Execution**
- Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing teams to translate written briefs into inspirational, high-performing designs.

**Team Collaboration & Mentorship**
- Provide creative leadership and daily feedback to junior designers, ensuring consistent design quality.
- Support the creative team by flexing into wider design projects as needed, contributing to cross-channel campaigns.

**Strategic Thinking & Brand Development**
- Stay ahead of digital and design trends, sharing insights with the team to keep LOOKFANTASTIC at the forefront of innovation.

**What skills and experience do I need for this role?**
- **Design Expertise**: Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong attention to detail and typography.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Awareness of HTML/CSS to enable collaboration with developers and troubleshoot design challenges.
- **Creativity & Brand Awareness**: A passion for beauty and lifestyle brands, with a keen eye for trends and storytelling in the digital space.
- **Communication Skills**: Confidence in presenting ideas and concepts to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- **Problem-Solving & Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
