We’re helping a brilliant specialist communications agency in Manchester to recruit a Senior Designer.

**Our Client**

This agency works with some of the world’s biggest organisations across a wide variety of sectors, primarily focused around helping them to deliver their messages to their existing staff across the globe. They do this through storytelling and a variety of creative communication channels from live and virtual events, experiential, video, digital and print. Great culture with a strong track record of their staff staying with them for long periods.

**Role**

You’ll be overseeing projects from initial brief to final delivery, including leading design and visual development. You’ll need to collaborate closely with their Creative Lead and the rest of the Design team to strengthen creative approaches and ideas, as well as the ability to clearly brief and manager third party suppliers such as film, print, set designers, etc. Design plays a key role in the agency, and you’ll be bringing ideas to life utilising a number of platforms including branding, print materials, digital assets, motion graphics and environment design.

**You**

They’re looking for a Senior Designer with passion for creativity, design and activating people through creative solutions. You will have a number of years’ experience with a portfolio showcasing your ability to design multi-channel solutions from concept to delivery across various platforms. You’ll be a strong team player, mentor and collaborator, who thinks in a holistic, strategic manner when answering a creative brief, and an effective presenter of concepts and designs to clients.
