Are you an experienced, conscientious, and well-organised administrator? If that sounds like you.. read on.

Our newly forming, friendly team is looking for a skilled and confident administrator to support varied and broad reaching work. You’ll be supporting a small team, based in Norwich, and will be working with and meeting colleagues both across the organisation in Norfolk and Suffolk, and with external system partners.

**Main duties of the job**:

- To provide administrative support to the management team, organise and support meetings, producing papers and reports in a timely manner.
- Handling communication and confidential correspondence in a professional way and to an excellent standard.
- Liaising with internal and external partners, as delegated by the line manager
- Supporting the maintenance of online communications
- Maintain detailed information, record keeping and assist in producing presentations and reports
- There will also be the opportunity to support and participate in projects and strategic initiatives

- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through senior level.
