Working as the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be part of an open, dynamic HR team, who work hard, have real values, yet have fun and support each other at all times Working alongside a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for deliveringall direct sourcing on key senior hires within the business, this role will purely focus on managing all vacancies through a newly created psl, researching and delivering management information regarding recruitment for the company and managing anything Systems/ ATS related
You will be partner to all vacancies that are shared with the psl agencies across the UK & EMEA, APAC and North America regions, where you will actively be looking to add Talent to their teams across the following functional areas of the business;
- Sales
- Marketing
- Professional Services
- Customer Success
- Development
- SaaS Operations
- Finance - Legal
**Key skills Required**:
- Three years internal or agency recruitment Agency relationship experience
- Strong administration and analytical capability to produce reports
- A calm, friendly approach to engaging stakeholders
