**What you'll do**:
Additionally, you’ll be:
- Supporting clients with their day to day needs proving excellent client service
- Maintaining files and databases and ensuring all reports, documentation and systems recording is technically accurate, compliant
- Identifying sales and marketing opportunities to drive cross selling, new commercial clients and potential private client referrals
**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for a strong communicator, with excellent customer service and relationship management skills. You’ll need knowledge of investment, credit and financial planning products, and have the ability to work within a sales and service culture, in a team environment.
You’ll also need:
- Previous banking experience and an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook
- A background of providing a high-level client service
- The ability to work under pressure with limited supervision on routine customer transactions
- Good numeracy and basic Microsoft Office skills
