Senior Property ManagerPlease see below the detail of the available Senior Property Manager position within our Commercial Property Management department.Description:A super vacancy has arisen for a Senior Property Manager working within the friendly Commercial Property Management Team.The Senior Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our properties, maintaining excellent landlord and tenant relationships.Day to day duties: This list is not exhaustive.To lead by example when undertaking the facilities management role in connection with a number of multi-occupied properties, consisting of Central London and West end office buildings, high street retail, industrial and mixed-use properties, both in the London area and Nationwide.To be responsible for the preparation of the service charge budgets – to be agreed in consultation with the Head of Department and the service charge accounts team.To have experience of supervising on-site staff and in the procurement of service contractors to undertake and perform maintenance and contract duties required at the properties under management.Key competencies for this role include:Excellent communicator, professional in approachFlexible and able to effectively prioritise workloadConfident and persuasiveSubstantial property management experiencePositive team playerHonest and trustworthyAbility to travel in and around London (occasional travel outside London)Company Perks and Benefits:25 days annual holiday, plus public holidays, capped at 30 days plus public holidaysEmployee Assisted Service for wellbeing supportCash benefits healthcare cover (dental, ophthalmology, chiropodist, counselling etc.)Employee Assisted helpline support cover.Company Pension scheme enhanced after 5 years (Employer and Employee contributions)Free life cover - 4 x annual salaryStaff events, Summer parties, Festive parties and social gatheringsA diverse, positive and friendly working environmentPearl & Coutts Ltd1st Floor9 White Lion StreetLondon N1 9PDPearl & Coutts are proud to be members of #J-18808-Ljbffr
