This role as a Support Administrator you will undertake a range of tasks and activities required to deliver the share plan service. You work closely with your colleagues on the wider Premier Team on a daily basis to ensure work is completed on time and inline with our Clients’ expectations.

Business Function

The Premier teams are responsible for the administration of the Executive & Discretionary Plans which are share schemes drawn up to reward directors and senior executives. These are bespoke plans which vary in type and in their naming. In addition to ExecutivePlans, there are Discretionary Plans which go to a wider range of employees. The team is currently responsible for approximately 90 corporate clients and the size of Plans ranges from 1 to over 25,000 participants.

Core responsibilities:

- Manage day to day maintenance updates that are received into the business.
- Manage the Premier Administration inboxes.
- Support consistent delivery of all client tasks accurately and in accordance with agreed timescales.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and clients.

Skills required:

- Share Plan knowledge would be an advantage although training will be provided
- Good PC skills including Excel
- Strong customer service focus
- Good verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised - capable of managing own time and delivering to deadlines
- Confident to work as a team or by yourself to achieve delivery
- Ability to use initiative
- Confidence to communicate with stakeholders at all levels internally and external clients and customers
- Commitment to continuous improvement culture
