The Boardroom Operations Employee Services (ES) team are looking for a new Team Leader to fill a vacant position created by a recent leaver. The team are responsible for the administration of a variety of employee based products, although predominantly SAYE(Save As You Earn).

By nature, the work is varied and the goal posts continually moving which means you will never get bored working in ES. We have enjoyed 3 years of outstanding new business wins with records being broken year after year. In the last two years we have seeneven more household names including some big ftse 100’s coming to us for their share plan administration. We expect more year on year growth as our reputation for excellent service delivery builds in the market.

As an operational team we are very focussed on improving customer service and becoming more efficient through automation and local improvement ideas. These ideas have all had a direct impact on our service to Corporate Clients and their employees as wellas helped us to build capacity for the expected new client work

As a Team Leader you will have the support of your line manager who will create a personal development plan with you to address any training needs you may have. You will also have the support of our central training manager who will guide you through ourinduction process and act as your mentor for your first 6 months.

Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for a team of approx. 12 - 15 colleagues delivering administration services to our Corporate Clients and their employees
- Managing team and individual performance to include team meetings, 121s and daily huddles
- Capacity planning
- Monitoring quality and introducing improvement ideas
- Coaching and developing
- Managing/planning special tasks/events
- Working with Technical experts to deliver solutions for clients
