Role Summary
You will work as part of a team of Client Administrators who are responsible for administering Executive and Discretionary Share Plan services. As part of the wider Premier Services Team, you are responsible for the consistent excellent service delivery to a portfolio of Corporate clients who outsource their Share Plan administration to Equiniti.
As a Client Administrator you lead the operational delivery of all aspects of the share plan delivery service. You are supported by your colleagues on the wider Premier Team and work closely with them on a daily basis to ensure work is completed on time and in line with our Clients’ expectations.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- First point of operational contact for corporate clients within your portfolio
- Assist with creation of operational task timetables (Awards /Vestings/ Releases)
- Responsible for successful delivery of tasks
- Understand clients reporting requirements and liaise with reporting team to deliver these.
- Liaising with dealing team to arrange trades
- Delivering quality services to our customers in line with agreed service standards
- Identifying potential customer queries and resolving customer queries
- Meeting targets for accuracy, quality and volume and agreed service levels
- Working to achieve individual and team service level objectives
- Ensuring compliance at all times with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Executive and Discretionary Plan knowledge
- Stock Market / Asset Management Knowledge
- Good PC skills including Excel / data management
Personal Skills and behaviours:
- Strong customer service focus
- Good verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised - capable of managing own time and delivering to deadlines
