Working in a central Brighton based company, you will be handling all aspects of customer service duties in a hybrid role. You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems across a diverse product range.

What would benefit me?
- Hybrid work
- 3 weeks of training in office, and then 2 days working from home and 3 days in office, ongoing
- Hours: Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours in the week, between 9am - 5.30pm then 10.30 - 7pm and a half day every other Saturday 9am - 1pm (with time off in lieu)
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus the opportunity to buy 5 days extra holiday

Typical duties include:

- Updating systems and customer records
- Chasing paperwork
- Dealing with written correspondence
- Handling customer telephone calls

Salary is £21, 761. Contract is for 7 months, with the possibility to become permanent
