- two days working from home and three days in the office?

Working in a central Brighton based company, you will be handling all aspects of customer service duties in a hybrid role. You will be delivering excellent customer service, both in writing and on the phone. You will be working with multiple systems acrossa diverse product range.

What would benefit me?
- Hybrid work
- 3 weeks of training in office, and then 2 days working from home and 3 days in office, ongoing
- Hours: Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours in the week, between 9am - 5.30pm then 10.30 - 7pm and a half day every other Saturday 9am - 1pm (with time off in lieu)
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus the opportunity to buy 5 days extra holiday

Typical duties include:

- Updating systems and customer records
- Chasing paperwork
- Dealing with written correspondence
- Handling customer telephone calls

Salary is £21, 761. Contract is for 7 months, with the possibility to become permanent

Start date is 3rd April
