**Days and Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hour week
- 09:00am to 18:00pm (including a 1hr unpaid lunch break).
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll and other HR functions as required.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality of HR data (GDPR).
- Support the onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Record employee absence and holidays.
- Create and audit personnel files to ensure compliance with Employment Law (UK & EU) and Aviation Security requirements (governed by the CAA).
- Manage employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to implement HR initiatives and programmes that enhance employee engagement.
- General administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- The ability to communicate professionally in both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Being able to stay calm and diplomatic in difficult situations.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Motivation & perseverance.
- IT skills (using Microsoft formats such as excel and word).
- Ability to problem solve and use your initiative.
- Organisation and punctuality.
