We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Advisor to join our 72 hour follow up team. As our Call Centre Advisor, you will be contacting our customers who have recently been into or spoken to any one of our dealerships about a deal on a new or a used vehicle. You will be contacting the customer to follow up from their visit, seeing what we did well, the reasons they didn't purchase a vehicle and if applicable, assisting our dealerships to help convert the enquiry in to a sale.

The role will involve working 42hrs per week between the hours of 9:30-19:00 Monday
- Friday and 9:30-13:30 Saturday. We will reward you well with a competitive basic salary an an OTE of £26,357

We want to hear from you if you have previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills and sales experience. Motor Trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential to be considered for this role.
