Frontline Advisor Temporary to Permanent £10.30ph Office Based Team Valley Gateshead Free parking / Good for Bus routes Do you have a passion for helping people, building relationships and enjoy working in a busy phone-based environment? Pertemps are thrilled to be recruiting for Temp - Perm Frontline Advisors on a Full time basis for TNT FedEx in Team Valley Gateshead. Main duties include: " Taking details, offering support, and providing updates for lost/damaged/delayed passports and visas " Achieve quality and service levels, build relationships, and achieve the best outcome possible You will work: " 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday " One in four Saturdays 8am - 2pm (37.5 hours per week in total). These positions will start on a temporary basis and after 12 weeks there is the opportunity of a permanent contract if you demonstrate the right behaviours. This is an excellent opportunity; the company offer a nice working environment in a large contact centre. This is a busy role and offers lots of variety. Free onsite parking is available and there are great bus links that will drop you right outside.
