Benenden Health has exciting opportunity for a 6 months Fixed Term Contract for a Member Engagement Co-ordinator to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who will support key aspects of our democratic structure by assisting with the delivery of events, and Community Group activities to promote member participation.

**The post holder will**:

- Support the delivery of Benenden Health's Annual Conference and Community Representative (volunteer member) training events
- Work closely with the Member Relationship Officer to support the activities of Benenden Health Community Groups
- Provide practical and logístical support to ensure the successful delivery of Member Meetups

**Skills and experience required**:

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting and competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercise personal initiative and judgement, forward planning and discretion.
- Possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver work to both a high standard and level of accuracy
- Experience of planning, arranging and attending a range of events, to ensure that key objectives are delivered within budget.
- A strong and engaging communicator with the ability to build and manage effective working relationships.
- Effective cross-departmental working

This is a hybrid working role, with the expectation of coming to the York office to meet with the team and key stakeholders on a weekly basis.
