**Business & Operations Support Coordinator**

**£25,000 - £27,000**

Our client, a leading specialist in their sector, is looking for a Business & Operations Support Coordinator to join their team.

Working with a growing SME in North Bristol you will play a key role in the business support team.

This role provides a great opportunity for learning across all aspects of the business with a varied week where no two days are the same.

**Core Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing for the Business Support & Marketing teams
- Sub-contractor on-boarding and database
- All business insurances
- Industry accreditations and audits
- Facilities management including office and storage units
- Fleet management for company cars and vans
- Support HR with on-boarding new staff members
- Order, manage stock and distribute uniform for new and existing staff
- Issue and management of IT equipment
- Work with external IT provider to resolve user issues and changes
- Investigation and implementation of IT improvements - hardware, software, and processes
- Management of company mobiles and desk phones including provider contracts
- Manage calibration of surveyor instruments
- Move/drive company vehicles including vans
- Other duties as required to suit the needs of the business

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on excel
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Ability to multi-task and handle frequent changes in direction
- Team player able to work with colleagues in various levels across the business
- Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
- Self-starter able to show initiative, drive projects and manage time efficiently
- Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
