We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent guest services, effective communication, and a keen attention to detail. Your ability to upsell menu items and provide knowledgeable recommendations will enhance the overall dining experience while contributing to the success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about food preparation and specials.
- Upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive service to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while demonstrating knowledge of culinary offerings.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
