Welcome and thank you for loading our advertisement for a Cocktail Bartender at Niku.

Niku is a hidden gem located in Surbiton. 10 minute walk from Surbiton station and 10 mins from Kingston. Niku has been established since 2019, serving steaks/burgers and Mediterranean food with an outdoor garden, lounge area and restaurant.

At Niku we’re looking for positive and energetic personalities to join our floor
team. You’ll ideally have experience in a busy restaurant, a natural flair for first class service and a huge passion for hospitality and people.

**Waitress/ Waiter Job Duties**:

- Dining room / table preparation
- Illustrating the food menu and wine list, providing advice on food and drinks choices
- Taking guests’ orders and transmitting them to the kitchen
- Serving food and drink in accordance with agreed procedures
- Presenting the bill and handling payments
- Clearing tables and tidying and cleaning the dining room at the end of the shift

- Knowledge of food and wine

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite and courteous manner
- Physical stamina and resistance to stress
- Fast and energetic
**Part-time hours: Must be able to work Friday & saturday evenings**

**Part-time hours: 16 per week**

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
