**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant dining experience. Your ability to upsell menu items and assist in food preparation will contribute significantly to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to during service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary presentation.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately are required.
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for culinary arts and hospitality is essential, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Additional pay:
