Day in the life of Customer Service Support

**Responsibilities**:
Entering and maintaining Customer accounts, and service requirements for incoming repair and calibration into our ERP System.
Performing logistics work from unpacking units to processing returns into our ERP system, and ensuring units are packed and returned to end-users.
Creation of Quotations to Customers and Purchase Orders to suppliers.
Provides pro-active feedback to customers. Performs regular chasing of quotations and regular chasing of equipment offloaded to third party suppliers.
Responsible for product and service complaints presented by customers and suppliers.
Performing purchasing work for repair, calibration and consumables as needed to fulfil customer (internal & external) demand.
Working closely with customers and sales to establish a long-term relationship with our Customers and Suppliers.
Suggest and/or implement process/product improvements using the Lean toolset to improve operating KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost.
Provide cover for all administrative tasks performed within UK Service Administrative area.

You will work closely with within the UK and mainland Europe supporting in continually improving our customer satisfaction. We have a positive working environment which encompasses a level of respect, emotional intelligence and overall understanding between colleagues. Experience

4 GCSEs at C or equivalent
3 years in an administrative role
Strong PC skills. Be fully conversant with MS Office packages with good knowledge of Excel a must.
Preferably 40 words per minute
