No two days are the same and no two service users are the same; we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key attributes for someone in this role.

You will excel at partnership and multi-disciplinary work, liaison with a range of external agencies including probation, secondary mental health, social services and the local council will be essential in delivering the very best evidence based, person centred, treatment and care to all individuals accessing our service.

But most of the time you’ll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, including many with experience of multiple disadvantage and trauma and making a difference to their lives.

This is what one of the people who use our service had to say about their experience on achieving abstinence-:
‘Everything was amazing. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for ReNew.’
