We are seeking a Head of Sales - Insurance & Automotive with a minimum of 5 years of senior sales experience to join our industry-leading client. You will have extensive experience within the Motor Insurance sector, particularly in personal lines, and exposure to C-Level and senior management business development. As the Head of Sales - Insurance and Automotive, you will lead the client's efforts in developing an extensive pipeline of major “Blue Chip” corporate opportunities within the Insurance & Automotive sectors, including personal lines & commercial insurance, Leasing, OEMs. You will also possess excellent presentation and questioning/listening skills, a documented success in securing "New business contracts" valued at over £1m, and the ability to exceed sales targets consistently. You will identify and support profitable growth outside the UK, ensuring that the client is invited to participate in major tenders. You should also be target-driven, have excellent interpersonal skills, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to engage with internal departments and drive project delivery. In addition, you should be a confident self-starter capable of generating opportunities yourself and bringing your network of industry contacts. You should also have a track record of closing sales with large customers and leveraging the value of those relationships with similar clients. Willingness to travel to the UK, Europe, and the USA is also required.
