A tier one automotive engineering and manufacturing business that is experiencing huge growth, is now seeking a Head of Sales / Sales Director to help steer the company to success on a strategic level.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will mould a robust sales function and create distinct roles and responsibilities as the company makes the transition to a large SME. You will strategically drive them to enable continued growth and maximise on their niche product range that is becoming very sought after in the electric vehicle market.

As Head of Sales / Sales Director you will be responsible for the following:

- Substantial and demonstrable track record of cultivating sales.
- Detailed understanding of the UK and European automotive Aftermarket.
- Passion for seeking out and delivering new business opportunities with strategic value.
- Ability to engage and influence at board level.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to present innovative solutions and close the deal.
- Energetic, positive outlook with a passion for completing tasks and surpassing targets.
- An additional language alongside English would also be highly desirable.
