We are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join our Norwich based team on a permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.
As part of the HR team, you will assist the HR Advisors and Employment Consultants with the efficient completion of all HR related administrative procedures, ensuring a confidential and efficient service is always provided across the group, you will also be responsible for;
- Assisting with internal and external HR related enquiries
- Supporting with performance management procedures
- Coordinating internal HR training sessions with the team
- Administering Employee Health and Wellbeing plans
- Producing HR related reports and supporting HR Business Partners with projects
You will have previous experience within a busy office environment whilst also demonstrating;
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practice
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
- Capable of working to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other HR related systems
- CIPD Level 3, ideally working towards or willing to work towards level 5 certification - Desirable
