**Skills and Experience**

Essential:

- Experience of working in a HR environment
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong experience of working in a HR Advisory capacity
- Must have great communication skills
- Must be able to work at a fast pace with agility

Desirable:

- Experience of working in an accountancy practice or similar professional services firm.
- Experience of using Cascade HR and/or Networx recruitment portal
