They are now looking for a Head of HR, an experienced generalist who inspires trust and confidence in senior leaders and can build capability and engagement across the wider organisation.

You will have the balance of delivering operational HR alongside being part of a leadership team that shapes the strategic vision of the organisation. There’s no resting on history with this organisation, as they push into new territories and opportunities,you will develop the people agenda to help them fulfil this. For a commercially minded HR professional who wants to make a real impact with their work, this is a superb opportunity.

Our client is based in Norwich with satellite offices across Norfolk. Key areas of responsibility include:

- **Leadership**: Lead the HR Team and be responsible for senior-level decision making. Setting the long-term vision for the HR Team, building trusted and respected relationships across the business and externally.

**HR Operations**: Establish processes to ensure HR systems, policies, procedures, contracts of employment and other documentation is legally compliant whilst providing advice, guidance and support to management.

**Talent Development**: All aspects of learning & development and training, including building capability of line managers and succession planning as well as driving forward a culture of learning to underpin the growth of the firm.

**Performance Management**: Deliver and manage the appraisal programme whilst promoting effective performance and absence management processes.

C**hange Management**:Identify, design, and ensure delivery of organisational projects which support the organisation’s strategic priorities.

**Talent Acquisition and Reward**: Proactively sourcing new talent including the coordination of recruitment and retention. And support the development of the reward strategy.

This role requires an experienced, qualified HR professional who has a presence, energy and commercial flair. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work under pressure and a desire to bepart of a great forward-thinking team.
