Look no further Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Phaco Specialist, Cataract Equipment. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading healthcare companies and make a significant impact in the field of ophthalmology.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead the sales efforts for our cataract equipment across the South West area, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement a well-defined sales strategy to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Conduct in theatre product demonstrations and training sessions for customers to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Key Accounts Team to continuously improve our approach.
- Travel to various locations to attend conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings.

**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring**:

- Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in ophthalmology or medical devices.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- A levels, or equivalent,
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- A full, clean driving licence that permits you to drive in the UK

**Who you will be working with**:
Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will work closely with the following people; other Territory Managers & Phaco Specialists, Marketing, Key Accounts Team, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence and Customer Services.
