**Trainee Recruiter - Construction | Cheadle**
**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
**Earning Potential**: Year 1: £40-45k | Year 2: £80-100k+

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Building strong, lasting relationships with construction clients across Europe.
- Proactively spotting opportunities and creating new business.
- Growing your network using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Taking ownership of your deals, offers, and negotiations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer-focused roles.
- A target-driven mindset — you don’t just work with KPIs, you enjoy beating them.
- Ambition, resilience, and the willingness to learn fast.
