Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email, internet research). Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed. Driven by results and motivated by targets or goals. Comfortable speaking with new people (face-to-face or on the phone) Key Things You’ll Learn: How to match the right candidate to the right role. Interviewing and screening techniques. How to handle objections, rejections and negotiations. Sales and pipeline management. Client relationship building.
