Established for 20 years, this recruitment agency is now looking to add further recruiters to their team following continued year-on-year growth.
They are a leading financial services recruiter and they are looking for 2 people for their Fintech & Payments division.

They aren't a KPI-driven environment like some recruitment agencies, they are very consultative and focus on output and results. They are also very committed to the training and development of their team and this can be evidenced right across the team. The Director of this division started with them as a Recruitment Consultant and has progressed to a Director level in less than 4 and a half years

**The Role**:

- Work alongside the experienced Consultants and shadow them on new and existing client meetings.
- Take full and detailed job briefs from clients and use effective search and selection methods to deliver the best results.
- You will only progress onto business development and bringing on your own clients once you are fully trained and comfortable with doing so.
**Who Are They Looking For?**:

- Either, someone from a sales, financial services, tech background OR someone who does have some recruitment experience but, either isn't liking the current environment or sector they are working in.
- Has an interest in technology or the financial services markets.
- The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, able to communicate well with people from varied backgrounds.
- Able to work on your own initiative, comfortable working autonomously but within a collaborative environment.

**Benefits**:
