**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Cheadle**

**Salary**: £26,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

**OTE**: £35-40k Year 1 | £80-100k Year 2

What you’ll be doing:

- Owning the **360 recruitment cycle** — from sourcing talent to closing deals with clients.
- Building relationships with **construction contractors across Europe**.
- Generating leads and vacancies through **client development**.
- Using **LinkedIn and sales tools** to build your brand and pipeline.
- Managing negotiations, offers, and placements — you control the deal.

Who we're looking for:

- Experience working in **customer/client-facing roles**is essential.
- You’re familiar with **KPIs**and working to targets.
- You’re **resilient, money-motivated, and love high-performing cultures.**

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
