We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Individual Giving Officers to join our Individual Giving team.
- This is a full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent role, based out of our London office. Whilst this post is office based - we know that work is something you do not just a place you go. At Mencap we give office-based colleagues and teams more flexibility about where the work is done. We would love to see you at the office 1-2 days per week.- As a Senior Individual Giving Officer, you will be delivering the Individual Giving strategy by managing a range of direct marketing campaigns. You will be repsonsible to keep existing supporters engaged with Mencap’s work and encourage continued giving. We would love you to also recruit new supporters. You will be inspiring them to give for the first time and planning their ongoing journey as a Mencap supporter.-
- Do you have the skills and experience to be our next Senior Individual Giving Officer?- You will have experience in planning and delivering multiple fundraising campaigns
- Strong project management skills and experience in the acquisition and retention of donors, keeping them engaged via compelling fundraising communications.
- You to be a strong multitasker and we will need you to have the proven ability to stick to deadlines.
- You will have an desire to exceed set targets
- You will have the ability to analyse data, as well as contributing new ideas to the function on how we can continually improve our work.
