We are a property management company specializing in student accommodation and residential rentals for professionals.

**Job Overview**:
The Property Administrator will be responsible for supporting us in handling the day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tenancy Management**:

- Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Assist with deposit protection and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Organize and maintain property paperwork, files, and records.
- Handle key management, including issuing, tracking, and returning property keys.
- **Council and Legal Compliance**:

- Liaise with local councils regarding property matters such as council tax, HMO licensing, and other regulations.
- Ensure compliance with deposit protection schemes and maintain accurate records.
- **Maintenance Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, property owners, and contractors.
- Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders to facilitate smooth property management.
- **Office Duties**:

- Provide general office support to the property management team.
- Perform data entry and maintain property databases.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in property administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of property management practices and tenancy regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of deposit protection and council-related property regulations is an advantage.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience with customer service and client management is preferred.
- Must be able to start within a week
- Must be able to commute to the office

Pay: £25,223.00-£28,000.00 per year
