WANTED A proficient, friendly and experienced Residential Property Manager to join the team at a professional residential Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Oxford area.

The role will involve assisting with the management of a diverse lettings portfolio and delivering high-quality service to landlords and tenants.

A strong opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a thriving independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Oxford.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, organised and confident in managing a busy residential lettings portfolio.

You will liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, handle compliance, and ensure efficient property management operations across the department. A professional manner, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Handling maintenance requests and coordinating contractors
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulations
• Overseeing tenancy check-ins, check-outs, and renewals
• Managing rental arrears and deposit processes
• Conducting regular property inspections and reporting outcomes
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
• Assisting the office team with general property management administration 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to problem-solve efficiently and remain calm under pressure
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of the Oxford area (advantageous)
