Customer Service Advisor

**Job Description**:
- Provide day to day support to our customers, delivering KPI’s /SLA’s both internally and externally.
- Handle customer complaints, following SOP to effectively manage the customer’s expectations/experience.
- Resolve basic financial queries in line with SOP & KPI.
- Proactively communicate with existing customers with regular account management calls.
- Create customer orders using in house system in line with SOP & KPI’s.
- Actively support any opportunities with upselling services and products across our existing customer base.
- Action customer data requirements in line with KPI’s and to provide customer portal system awareness to improve customer experience.
- Efficiently communicate bookings with suppliers in line with KPI’s and SOP.
- Diligently maintaining customer records pertaining to sites, services and charges by utilising Excel & Operating Systems.
- Monitoring of systems pertaining to good practice, compliance, and where necessary - identifying/communicating areas for improvement in our process and procedures.
Person Specification:
- GCSE level 4 (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
- Proven track record in a call centre or contact centre environment is essential.
- Organised, professional and courteous throughout the business.
- Must be able to communicate both written and verbally to a high level, whether that be with customers, team members or senior management.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
- Able to navigate difficult conversations, particularly when handling customer complaints.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday (Rota)
