Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers. You will respond to leads generated for the sales team and provide complete and appropriatesolutions to assist with boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
**Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 (+ uncapped OTE)**

You will be rewarded with a benefits package which includes uncapped commission; 24 days' holiday plus Bank Hols - this rises with service to 30 days; your birthday off; a company pension scheme; private medical and dental healthcare insurance; life insurance.
Core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.
**Main responsibilities of the position:

Carry out meetings or calls with (prospective) customers
Closing the sale, negotiating contracts, quotes and packages
Present the company to potential prospects
Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
**Essential experience:
- **
Work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales, actioning through to the deal being completed
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience working with a CRM
Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Have an understanding of complex sales cycles and dealing with top decision makers
Have the ability to form solid and productive business relationships, the confidence to be pro-active, and the ability to guide client discussions toward specific business objectives
Technical knowledge sufficient to demonstrate products to customers and respond effectively to customer’s questions
Fluent in English, in verbal as well as in written
Ability to travel if required
You must live in the Chester area
You must have been resident in the UK for the last 5 years and able to pass a DBS check
