**Key Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for someone who is able to take initiative and manage their own schedule in order to generate new business
- Calling prospects to generate leads for referrals and calling lapsed customers to re-establish contacts and requirements
- Taking permanent and temporary job requirements and visiting clients onsite to discuss requirements and assess company culture
- Creating clear job specifications for each role
- Developing both existing and new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of clients from SMEs to global organisations
- Telemarketing of existing and potential clients to expand business, identifying new opportunities within defined areas
- Working within a targeted environment to achieve monetary and service-quality goals

**Essential Skills**:

- B2B telesales, B2B business development and B2B customer relationship management experience
- The new Business Development Executive will have experience in qualifying leads and converting them into prospects, managing a pipeline of potential clients and securing new business opportunities
- You will have similar experience gained within B2B sales in a service sector
- The tenacity and the confidence to take a cold-call through to pitch, negotiation and conversion
- Good presentation skills and you must be well-presented
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage your own administration efficiently
- Enthusiasm, ambition and you must be genuinely target-driven with the discipline to meet both activity and revenue targets
