Senior Manufacturing Administrative Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Senior Manufacturing Administrative Coordinator to join our team and to provide and be accountable for a professional administrative service and support to the Head of Group Manufacturing along with the Senior Manufacturing ManagementTeam.
In this wide and diverse role you will be responsible for the management of and overseeing our Manufacturing systems such as our time & attendance function, absence management, our cost centre control, internal communications and other duties as requiredto support the Senior management Team within the smooth operations within our large manufacturing function.
**The Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support to the Head of Group Manufacturing and the Senior Manufacturing Management Team as required
- Ensure a customer focussed and efficient administration service is provided across Group Manufacturing
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, interviews etc alongwith the coordination of the daily calendar for the Head of Group Manufacturing and as requested members of the Senior Manufacturing Management Team
- Support with the administration of the Head of Group Manufacturing’s inbox as instructed and flagging priorities
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting for the Head of Group Manufacturing.
- Preparation of data for daily SPQVC presentations, organise, coordinate, and attend daily calls
- Point of contact to coordinate and from time to time undertake tours of the Factory premises for authorised visitors or Company management and employees
**Requirements**:
- GCSE A-C in English & Maths, along with Business or Administration qualification
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel functions
- People management skills and influencing
- Commercial acumen, along with an organised approach to work
- Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task & prioritise workload
- Ability to write professional & detailed communications
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
