We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Senior Compliance Coordinator. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.
As a Senior Compliance Coordinator, you will support the Asset Data Manager on the accurate and timely delivery of compliance data, leading on regular continuous improvement reviews on existing data and processes.
You will be responsible for informing the Compliance Delivery teams and the Repairs and Surveying team of their compliance programmes, for the impending period, ensuring effective communication of data.
Leading on compliance intelligence and performance information supporting decision making and providing evidence for department and organisational business plans, ensuring accurate data collection and secure procedures for data handling and analysis. You'll manage a team of Compliance Coordinator's and Administrators.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Senior Compliance Coordinator from those with a good knowledge and understanding of the affordable housing sector.
You will be knowledgeable about analysing data from a variety of sources and you'll be experienced in interpreting data to inform decisions with the ability to use a variety of IT systems and data packages, including but not limited to Excel, Word and Power BI.
You'll need experience of managing a team and delegating tasks. Educated to degree standard or equivalent. You will also need to hold an Asset Management or Landlord Compliance Qualification or to have equivalent experience.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £39,000 - £43,000 per annum and a benefits package that includes:
