**About the job**:Helping the advertising sales team deliver the Club’s advertising strategy across print and digital channels, including the creation, amendment and quality control of advertising and artwork.

**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**:

- Working with the Commercial Manager to help with the delivery of the print and digital commercial strategy to generate revenue for the Club.
- Coordinate print and online classified advertising, including but not limited to liaising with advertising partners, advert placement, inventory monitoring and reporting, and flight checking ads prior to publication.
- Proof checking and uploading listings content to websites.
- Managing classified advertising copy, chasing advertisers for copy, laying out simple lineage ads, uploading ads to our ad management platform and liaising with our design studio to flight check and sign off display and classified ads prior to print.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects, including but not limited to working on events, laying out B2B and consumer promotions, and updating presentations and marketing materials.
- Use marketing data and reporting tools to provide new sales leads for the Commercial sales team.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- CRM knowledge (experience with Zoho an advantage but not essential)
- Knowledge and competence with digital Content Management Systems (experience of Craft an advantage but not essential)
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google equivalents
- Numerate with good experience of working with budgets and managing data
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Effective and efficient, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Educated to degree level an advantage but not essential
- Comfortable liaising with colleagues and external suppliers on a daily basis
- Able to participate and contribute effectively as a full team player is essential
- A willingness to work to tight deadlines is essential
