As a Credit Hire Strategy Co-ordinator, you will support the execution of various commercial strategies in TPPD and Credit Hire defence. You will work with key members of the team and wider stakeholders to help develop strategies, track and analyse our commercialperformance and support delivery against ambitious targets.
This opportunity offers a great opportunity to set the tone for commercial insight and drive claims performance.
You can be based at any of our office locations combined with partial working from home **or** be fully home based.
**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting the delivery of our commercial strategy (reducing indemnity spend)
- Developing strategies within the given peril which delivery market leading performance
- Supporting work to deliver change
- Developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships across the business
- Supporting the creation and ongoing setting of stretching budgets and report against these
- Analysing the market to identify commercial opportunities
- Working directly and building market relationships with external suppliers, protocol and bilateral partners and internal supplier relationship managers to shape performance and strategy

**What are we looking for?**
- Background in either a commercial environment or credit hire/claims handling experience
- Ability to deliver change, seek new strategies and work across various functions
- Naturally commercially minded, innovative and focused
- Results orientated with strong analytical skills
