Callcare247, a call handling service are looking for Customer service advisors/ Call center advisors for their Salford office.

Working hours
- Weekends 8am-7pm and weekday evenings

Training - 2 weeks of training given

As the first point of contact to our business, you’ll be representing us to new and existing customers, so the importance of this role cannot be overstated.

Even if you haven’t worked in a customer contact centre before, we will look to train you and provide you with the key skills you need to succeed.

As a Customer Service advisor for a Global Ecommerce brand, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of our customers and their ongoing queries and accounts.

Customer Service journey makers work out of our vibrant Manchester office and team working is so important to us, you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors.

You will remain customer-focused, build a good rapport and be professional ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. Your role is to make sure no stone is left unturned in our quest to satisfy and retain them. In a nutshell, **your role is-**
- Answering inbound calls from our Customer base
- Using a mixture of web-based and internal systems to accurately record the information
- Offering and delivering top-quality customer service

**Your skills: What you’ll need for a great journey**
- An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards customer service
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail environment
- Good English skills, enabling you to be a brilliant communicator
- You are willing to work on a shift rota basis, 7 days per week, and be flexible.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
