Our client based in Salford is looking to recruit full-time Call centre agents.They are the leading outsourced customer contact centre based in Salford.
Working hours: Full-time -1pm-9pm NO OTHER SHIFTS AVAILABLE
Training -training provided
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be representing them to their new and existing customers, so the importance of this role cannot be overstated.
Even if you haven’t worked in a customer contact centre before, we train you and provide you with the key skills you need to succeed.
Our customer service team work out of our vibrant Ipswich office. Team working is so important to us and you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors.
In your role, you will remain customer-focused,build a good rapport and be professional at all times ensuring our clients’ customers receive the top-notch service they deserve.
**Skills Required**:
- An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards customer service
- Previous experience in customer service or reception work
- Good English skills - written and spoken
- Professional and personable people skills
- Outstanding ownership & problem-solving ability
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
