We’re looking for a brilliant Campaign Account Director for this purpose driven creative, PR and Communications Agency in West London. They work with a mix of not for profit clients in tackling the world’s most critical issues, driving positive change for peopleand planet.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- The successful Campaign Account Director will manage a varied client portfolio and become a positive, motivational and supportive leadership figure in the business.
- You will direct and lead marketing projects from inception to delivery and take a strategic approach to clients’ business problems, providing counsel to clients and board alike.
- As a senior member of the business, you will also deliver new business and grow existing accounts, approaching these with a creative and commercial mindset. You'll be a senior contact for clients and manage various accounts to ensure campaigns are deliveredand service level agreements are met.
- The Account Director will lead and inspire the wider team and ensure the professional development of junior team members.

**What experience you’ll need to apply**:

- Proven track record in a purpose driven marketing consultancy as an Account Director or experienced Senior Account Manager, with strong understanding of the positive change field.
- Excellent client service, development, and team leadership skills, with a passion for motivating and managing teams.
- A strategic thinker, able to contribute to the growth and culture of the agency as well as provide amazing client service and mentor Account Managers and Execs.
