Page Personnel are supporting a highly regarded NFP client in Leeds on the search for a HR Projects Specialist to join their HR function. The role will support and lead on a number of exciting HR projects, whilst collaborating with colleagues both withinthe UK and internationally to deliver on a range of exciting campaigns. An excellent opportunity for an established HR generalist to gain strategic exposure.

**Client Details**

Our client is a nationally recognised organisation. Based remotely, the HR Projects Specialist will form part of a highly experienced and collaborative HR team who are spread around the UK.

**Description**

In a fast-paced and varied HR Projects Specialist role, main responsibilities and remits will include but are not limited to;
- Lead on HR projects for delivery of new or improved ways of working and initiatives as set out in the HR Operating Plan
- Develop project plans to include timelines, stakeholder management, training needs, communications and identify/develop resources required for effective delivery and ensure the HR team are all engaged
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams to ensure that HR solutions and processes are designed with the needs of the business at the core and embedded
- Review the absence management procedures and train and develop managers to hold effective discussions
- Provide advice and support managers in formal complex employee relations matters

**Profile**

We're looking for someone with;
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- A background within a project-focused position is preferred
- CIPD qualified is preferred
- Commercial acumen - has a good overall understanding of company finances and uses this information to support managers in resource planning, training, compensation, benefits etc.
- Excellent attention to detail

**Job Offer**
