We are recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics HR specialist, someone who has extensive experience working within the HR sector, to join a growing team within a global company.
The ideal person will have worked as a HR professional, with vast knowledge of HRM solutions and HR systems
**specifically Microsoft Dynamics HR**), and is interested in moving into a more IT focused role whilst still utilising your HR skills.
Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner meaning you could have the opportunity to work for an IT specialist company whose focus is implementing HR solutions, whilst continuing to develop your HR skills.
It's the perfect opportunity for someone who still wants to work with other HR professionals whilst also configuring and implementing IT solutions as a HR specialist.
**Daily Tasks**:
- Taking part in each individual phase of the implementation process
- Performing gap analysis on business requirements and then providing recommendations and solutions to problems identified
- Using your in-depth knowledge of HR systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics HR, to evaluate customer business processes
- Will have experience working as a HR professional, ideally in the IT industry but we are open to all industry backgrounds
- Will have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics HR is desired however knowledge of other HR systems may be considered
- Will have experience working on the implementation process of HR solutions
