Job Title: National Account Controller
Based -North West or Midlands
Hybrid working
£circa 85k + 15% Bonus + Car/Car Allowance + Package
Reporting to the Commercial Director the National Account Controller role is focused on leading a successful team who work with major food and drink customers across the UK and Internationally. They offer best in class co-manufacturing, co-packing and outsourcingcapabilities and solutions.
We need a unique blend of character for this position. You will work with the Director to develop and update the sales strategy. Someone who can support and guide the team as they manage and renegotiate existing sales contracts with current accounts. Anability to analyse and research prospective partners, network across their business at a senior level (UK & International) and uncover new potential revenue streams for our manufacturing capabilities. Timelines for winning this new business can be longer andrequire patience and multiple meetings to finalise the contract. You will direct and manage NPD projects and help to renegotiate existing contracts with current customers.
This is a challenging National Account Controller role, one that will stretch your commercial skills, hone your customer relationship abilities and provide you with a move into a quality business that really values and invests in their people. Experienceof contract packing would be beneficial but is not essential.
The package is designed to be extremely including a long term performance incentive.
Our client is a major player in FMCG, with their own brands, management of licenced brands and a successful contract packing division.
